Frequently Asked (and Often Repeated) Questions

→ How much do your services cost?
It depends. And no, that’s not a vague answer — it’s the truth. Every project has different needs. I work with an internal price list to guide me, but I prefer to understand the context first and then provide an honest quote. No cookie-cutter packages. No “price upon request” just to sound important.
→ Do you only work in Milan?
No. I live in Milan, but I also work remotely (and I enjoy it). If in-person presence is needed, we’ll figure it out together. I’ve consulted in other cities too, and a train ride doesn’t scare me.
→ Do you also train staff?
Yes. And I do it on the floor, not with motivational slide decks. I teach how to welcome guests, communicate, and work as a team. With the right tone and in the right context. Even during high season. Even with interns.
→ Can I write to you even if I only have a vague idea?
Of course. If you’ve got a spark, a doubt, or just a hunch, write to me. Maybe we’ll find out if it’s actual gold or just a collapsed soufflé.
→ Do you do branding, logos, and websites too?
Yes. If you want, I can help define your brand identity, create your website content, and even build the full website. As for the logo: if it makes sense to design it from scratch, we’ll discuss it. But only if it’s not yet another fork inside a circle.
→ Are there discounts if I ask for more than one service?
Yes, if you have a more complex project, we’ll find a fair price. But no motivational discounts for “exposure” or “friendship.” Respect starts with the budget.
→ Do you offer one-off consultations, like “just a quick chat”?
Absolutely. I offer one-hour calls — perfect for clarifying ideas, figuring out a direction, or seeing if we’re a match. It costs less than a mistake.
→ How do we start working together?
Simple: you write to me. Tell me who you are, what you do, and what you need. I’ll reply honestly, no salesy fluff. If we’re a fit, we start. If I can’t help you, I’ll say so — respectfully.
→ Why should I get in touch with you?
Because I work on the ground, not in slides. Because I say things as they are, even when they’re uncomfortable. Because I don’t sell fluff — I offer ideas, methods, and vision. Because I know the industry: its quirks, its strengths, and its disasters. Because I can handle a dining room — and a Zoom call. And because — let’s be honest — I’ve done this job long enough to know when it’s better not to do it at all. Getting in touch doesn’t mean hiring me. It just means we start thinking seriously.
